Each burger we sell has been hand pressed by one of our skilled butchers based at Mill Close Farm. We offer two types of burger, Lamb and Mint and the traditional Beef Burger.

Our burgers work very well on BBQ’s and don’t crumble on the grill. They retain a juicy texture during cooking, and are substantial enough to enjoy on their own.

When the great British weather doesn’t allow for a BBQ, our burgers can be pan fried, grilled or oven roasted for enjoyment in the home. We’re extremely proud of our burgers, made to our own secret recipe, and we hope that our customers enjoy them as much as us.
